Its 15" as Orange only did 15 and 17". It'd suit anyone really,depends how you feel on it. Me personally would like something with a longer top tube. http://www.orange-bikes.co.uk/2005bikes/bikes.php?bike=223#

orite dan, have you still got the hayes nine in need of a backplate and posibly a front one too? my back brake is effed and i just snapped the bolt in my front lever.
